Had a garage door malfunction. The technician showed up the next day and determined it was a faulty bracket. Quick and easy fix did the bracket on the second garage door as well to make sure it didn’t fail. Overall very satisfied with Doorcare from the initial intake call to response to the fixed doors

Overall, we’re happy with our new garage door and it looks great. The installation itself went fairly well, but unfortunately, after the installers left, we noticed a fairly significant scratch on the new door that went right down to the bare metal. There were also a few dings and marks left on our freshly painted garage walls during the installation. After about two weeks, the company agreed to address the damage to the door under warranty and replace the affected panel, which we appreciate. The main disappointment has been the additional inconvenience involved. We now have to reorganize and clean out the garage again, move a covered vehicle out, take another day off work for the installers to return, and then put everything back afterward. Essentially, we’ve had to prepare the garage for installation twice, along with having to touch up areas of the walls that had just been freshly painted. Given that this was a brand-new installation and the additional time and inconvenience caused, we were disappointed that no additional discount or compensation was offered. That said, the company is standing behind the product and replacing the damaged panel, and we’re otherwise happy with the finished door. The door itself looks very good, and hopefully once the replacement panel is installed, everything will be fully resolved.

She booked us an appointment quickly and was very transparent with the process and pricing. Keith, our technician was outstanding. Super friendly and explained what needed to be done. He helped us to get our car out of the driveway while we waited for a custom spring. We had a consultation with Steve and between the two of us, we came up with the right design, which even contained eight panel black window frames to match our house. It was installed within five weeks and it looks great! I did have to phone back a month or so later because of the small noise it started to make. A service person came the next day and it was a quick fix that was overlooked on the installation.
