Doorcare supplies and installs garage doors for the new RCMP Police E-Division Headquarters

vancouver-garage-door-installationDoorcare is a proud supplier and installer of garage doors on the innovative new Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) E Division Headquarters in Surrey, British Columbia.  The building, constructed by a collaboration between 2 companies Bouygues Building Canada, and Bird Construction is the largest public-private (P3) project to date.

Some facts about this building:

  • It consolidates 2,700 employees currently spread out in many sites in the Vancouver area
  • The building has LEED Gold certification with natural lighting, storm-water management systems and low-emission and other environmentally friendly building materials

“Working with Bouygues-Bird on installing commercial garage doors on such an innovative and large project was a fantastic challenge for the team at Doorcare” says Dave Arts, owner of Doorcare. “Our experienced installers were able to complete the project on time and within budget.”
